When your letters are sent
Your welcome pack goes out within a few working days of subscribing. Then, from the first of the following month, a new sealed letter posts on the first of each month, six letters across six months.
Join by the twentieth of the month for a first-of-next-month start. Join after the twentieth, and your first letter comes the month after.
Posted anywhere in the world
Letters are posted from Northern Ireland by Royal Mail, using tracked or untracked post depending on the destination. Delivery times vary by country, and postage is always included in your price at checkout, with nothing to add on arrival.
If a letter goes astray
If a letter is lost in the post, message me and I will send a fresh one.
Two ways to pay
You can pay for the season month by month, or pay for the whole season in one go.
The season is £64 for the welcome pack and six letters. The monthly plan is £11.99 a month across six months. Each monthly payment covers the coming month's letter, and the season payment covers the whole of Season One.
Cancelling
If you pay monthly, you can cancel any time before your next payment, and no further payments will be taken. If you have paid for the whole season in one go, it simply runs its course to the sixth letter, with no renewals and nothing more to pay.
Refunds
Because each letter is made by hand for you, months and letters that have already been sent cannot be refunded. Cancelling stops what comes next, rather than returning what has already been made. If something arrives damaged, tell me and I will always put it right.
