Letters from the Between · Season One · Diarmuid and Gráinne - Pay Monthly
A handcrafted fiction subscription in the form of real letters, posted one a month, told in the voices of the ones who lived the story.
£11.99 a month across six months. A handcrafted fiction subscription in the form of real letters.
Season One brings you Diarmuid and Gráinne, one of the oldest and best loved of all Irish tales. A young woman promised to an ageing king. A warrior torn between loyalty and love. A pursuit across the whole of Ireland, told through the private letters passed between them and the ones they trusted, never meant to reach you.
Your season begins with the welcome pack; a hand-bound stamp book, a botanical stand, the first pressed-flower card, and a letter from the Keeper, then six sealed letters arrive across six months, each carrying a collectible stamp for your book and a keepsake or two that has fallen out of the story.
Choose your edition. The six story letters come in one of two hand-set editions, both at the same price. The handwritten edition is set in a flowing script on aged paper, the way the letters would truly have looked. The clear-print edition is set in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed by the Braille Institute, in a larger size with generous spacing, for anyone who reads in low light, tires easily, or simply prefers a clean, open page. The keepsakes tucked inside, the maps, proclamations and diary pages, are the same in both editions.
Written, illustrated, printed, folded and sealed by hand at a table in Co. Down. Available in the handwritten edition or a large-print clear edition, at the same price. Posted anywhere in the world.
Season One · Seven pieces of post across six months · One complete Irish myth.
